Voldy is one of the first Pixie type fuglymons ever discovered. Unfortunately for this fuglymon, scientists from Universe C, harvested it for its magical capabilities. They found a way to merge Voldy's DNA with a baby human. Data from that project was forever lost on the big implosion. Rumor has it, that human is an adult now and can tap into Voldy's magic potential at will.
